Just 10 Books…

A while back when we launched the Daily Hustle and The Daily F*IT List in conjunction with the release of The F*IT List – Life Lessons From A Human Crash Test Dummy book, we offered a detailed reading list of some of the significant books that I have read in my life…

It’s been a couple years and after getting an email from my old baseball coach Gary Tagliafico, we figured it’s about time we updated the list…

Thanks G 👊

On average, I figure I get through about 50 books a year, almost one a week… It may seem like a lot to you guys but if you ran as many miles as I do, I’m guessing the quantity of your audiobook collection would be roughly the same or even surpass mine…

That said, I’m guessing I listen to about 48 audiobooks and actually get to read roughly 2 a year…

When you listen as much as I do, it actually makes me really appreciate when I find the time to sit down and get to read words off of a page.

However you like to consume, here is a shortlist of absolute gems that have served as guiding lights and have provided all sorts of incredible Daily Hustle content and life discussion points that continue to make us think and help us charge forward…

So not to dilute it, here are 10 of the most impactful books I’ve read over the past couple years:

  1. The Predictably Irrational – Dan Ariely
  2. Tuesdays With Morrie – Mitch Albom
  3. The Four – Scott Galloway
  4. The Coaching Habit – Michael Bungay Stanier
  5. Think Like A Rocket Scientist – Ozan Varol
  6. The Lean StartUp – Eric Reis
  7. Linchpin – Seth Godin
  8. Fortitude – Dan Crenshaw
  9. Stealing Fire – Steven Kotler & Jamie Wheal
  10. Measure What Matters – John Doerr

Bonus MUST READ: As A Man Thinketh 🤔 – James Allen
