I’m Back, F*ckers!

Over the past 2 months, I’ve had a chance to reflect on the F*It lifestyle organically created by a team of Go Hard bad asses looking to make a difference…

The daily emails were written to show our commitment to the loyal F*IT List crowd looking to challenge themselves by pushing limits of what society believes is actually possible…

From the beginning we maintained that The F*It List – Life Lessons From A Human Crash Test Dummy is more than a book and that is a lifestyle that needs to be fed on a daily basis…

So…

Let’s f*ing EAT! 🍽

Over the course of history, we as human beings have typically conformed to a way of living established by our predecessors…

All too often we have fallen into the status quo and accepted societal norms because that’s “just the way it’s always been done.”

We can learn A LOT from those who came before us and the implementation of many of their philosophical ways of living serve beautifully as guiding principles of life.

The Golden Rule, treating others as one would wish to be treated, is a predominant maxim created by human existence that crosses into the belief structure of just about every ethnic and religious arena imaginable… When followed, we are all better for it.

Many great things are passed on from generation to generation but the bottom line is that the world and life are constantly changing…

Ultimately, our ability to keep charging and keep challenging the game of life is what will allow us to authentically LIVE our lives… Live it and love it for all its worth.

AMOR FATI (Love your fate.) Continue to improve and grow on a daily basis by becoming comfortable with the uncomfortable. We must hold ourselves accountable by unwrapping the gifts from failure and then progressing forward with the right attitude and the right effort.  Often times we need to lower our expectations and just DO SOMETHING. Stay humble in the process of doing the work and remember that our time is limited and our impermanence is REAL.

Momento Mori (We all will die.) Surround ourselves with the right team and enjoy each moment of each experience.  When we learn to master our emotions and not take our feelings so personal, I will promise one thing… We will go TOGETHER and we will go FAR.

LET’S FUCKING GO! 👊

All my love,
EB
