Stevie, the funny thing is that at one point in your life you actually had a chance to be a great leader, but you never wanted to get into the trenches and do the actual work… Your preference of keeping the silver spoon up your ass created an unappreciative culture of expectation and it has plagued you from the onset of your pathetic life.
I am still not exactly sure if leaders are born so I am going to defer to arguably the greatest football coach of all time for this one…
