Yup, I get it, you think I am full of shit…
Sounds way too good to be true.

The reality is that I am full of shit sometimes, but not here my Go Hards.

As we spend countless hours and money constantly looking for the next drug or life hack to bring us to euphoria, the sustainable solution has been right OUTSIDE the entire time…

According to several reports I recently read on Google (which of course if it’s on the internet it’s true), partaking in outside activity not only connects us with Mother Nature, but spending time outdoors positively affects our physical and mental health in more ways than we could ever imagine.

Don’t just believe me and my complex Google studies, ask Siri, that bitch is never wrong.
