Most of us are really good at turning it on when we have to…
Whether it’s a presentation, an interview or a social setting that requires us to be engaged, we have an incredible ability to lock in and immerse ourselves in the moment.
It’s very easy to be the good guy and treat people well when the lights are on and everybody is watching…
Oftentimes, we will see the A list actor or superstar athlete do an interview and the majority of the time we walk away from the interview thinking how great of a person that individual seems to be… Of course, the reality is that the person happens to be one of the bigger D-BAGS walking the face of the earth.

Now that we know what we are striving for, let’s discuss the two main personality traits we can work on that will allow us to be the same person no matter what street in life we happen to be walking down…
- Consistency
- Authenticity
So long as we remain consistent and authentic in our words and actions, we will be able to discover our absolute best selves not only when the entire world is watching, but most importantly, when we are all alone in the dark alley with not a single set of eyeballs on us but our own…
That said, let’s make sure we live our lives like somebody is ALWAYS watching, because WE ARE…
